Supervisory Board of the CIECH S.A. appointed Mr. Krzysztof Szlaga as Member of the Management Board of the CIECH S.A., with effect as of 12 March 2018. Mr. Krzysztof Szlaga will be responsible for areas of Finance, Procurement and IT.

Mr. Krzysztof Szlaga worked for Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. from 2013-2018, as President of the Management Board (from 2016) and formerly - Deputy President of the Management Board, Purchases and Investment. Formerly he worked for RUCH S.A. as Supply Chain Management Director, CTL Logistics S.A. as Member of the Management Board and Supply Chain Management Director, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as Project Manager, Ernst & Young Audit as Audit Senior and KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft (Munich) as Audit Senior.

Mr. Krzysztof Szlaga holds an M.A. from University of Applied Sciences in Kiel, Germany, (Department of Economics), and M.A. from Cracow University of Economics (Faculty of Finance and Banking).
