The CIECH Group supports the victims of the war in Ukraine

The CIECH Group has been monitoring the situation regarding the war in Ukraine from the very beginning, analyzing various possibilities of supporting citizens and residents of this country affected by the conflict. The need for assistance grows with the passage of time and the number of refugees seeking refuge in Poland, and requires long-term, specific and multi-track actions that will support organizations and entities that provide assistance to Ukraine on a daily basis. The company is not indifferent to this situation and is actively involved in supporting the inhabitants of this war-torn country. The CIECH Group does not conduct any sales activities in Russia and Belarus.

The assistance is provided both as part of initiatives implemented locally by our subsidiaries and from the company’s headquarters in Warsaw.

Since the conflict began, the CIECH Group has:

  • donated 1,500 mattresses to refugee points of stay in Warsaw, Leżajsk and Inowrocław,
  • donated 50 thousand of the highest quality certified FFP2 face masks - for the needs of Warsaw aid stations,
  • engaged in equipping the refugee center in Inowrocław, e.g. through a donation to local Caritas Internationalis,
  • purchased power generators for the Ukrainian Caritas and donated medical equipment worth PLN 50,000 to Ukraine.

The company also took care of and provided support for the Ukrainian employees.

The CIECH Group intends to continue to engage in helping Ukraine, hoping to minimize the effects of the war affecting the inhabitants and citizens of this country.
