Implementing the provisions of Section 4(18) of the grant agreement for the project "Purchase of rolling stock for intermodal transport at CIECH Cargo Sp. z o.o.” co-financed under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Measure 3.2 Development of maritime transport, inland waterways and multimodal connections, CIECH Cargo Sp. z o.o. informs about functioning of a mechanism, enabling to signal any potential financial irregularities or fraud.

By means of the above-mentioned tools, it is necessary to report any irregularities concerning the projects, financed from the funds of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment. The provided signals about irregularities will enable to implement appropriate counter-measures and contribute to achieving the highest project implementation standards.
