CIECH Cargo among the companies with the Business Gazelle 2022 title

CIECH Cargo, a company that is part of the CIECH Group – one of the largest chemical groups in Central and Eastern Europe, was awarded the Business Gazelles 2022 title. For the 23rd time, the daily newspaper Puls Biznesu has published a list of the fastest-growing small and medium-sized Polish businesses.

Business Gazelles is the most popular and the oldest ranking of the most dynamically developing small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland. To receive the title, a company must increase its turnover and profit for three years in a row. The presence in the ranking indicates that the company belongs to the elite of small and medium-sized companies, is growing dynamically, and proves to be transparent. The data verification is performed by Coface Poland business intelligence analysts.

CIECH Cargo, headquartered in Inowrocław, employs approximately 260 people and provides railway services with 18 locomotives and 1550 freight cars. The enterprise offers domestic rail transport services in the scope of railcar rental, rail freight transport, operation and maintenance of sidings, as well as railcar repair. Its rolling stock includes modern electric locomotives, such as Bombardier E594 TRAXX, Bombardier E483 Traxx, Newag E6ACTa „Dragon 2” or 2 Gama locomotives with a commuter module (the latter leased under an agreement with Rail Capital Partners). CIECH Cargo performs approximately 90 percent of the services within the CIECH Group. Thus, the company is building the Group's competitive advantages in the area of logistics and transportation. To increase the scale of its operations and acquire more external orders in the upcoming years, CIECH Cargo intends to use its advantages — experienced staff, a modern fleet of electric locomotives, and full-service facilities for rolling stock maintenance.
