Mirosław Skowron resigned from the position of Member of the Management Board of CIECH S.A.

Mirosław Skowron, Member of the Management Board of CIECH S.A., resigned from his position on January 31, 2023. For the next six months, Mirosław Skowron will remain in the organization and fulfill the role of Management Board Advisor.

 

Miroslaw Skowron served as a member of the Management Board since September 10, 2018. He was responsible for issues related to production, energy, operational excellence, maintenance, and the health and safety area, among others.

 

The transformation that the CIECH Group has made over the past years is partly due to Mirosław Skowron, especially in the area of production and energy. I am happy that despite the difficult decision to resign, we will be able to use his knowledge and experience – says Dawid Jakubowicz, President of the Management Board of CIECH S.A.

 

From February this year, Mirosław Skowron will support selected Group projects with his expertise and knowledge as Advisor to the Management Board of CIECH S.A. These projects include energy and transformation projects - the construction of the Thermal Waste Treatment Installation in Inowrocław and preparations for the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector audit.
