The Management Board of Ciech SA, pursuant to §103 (1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions of considering as equivalent of information required by the laws of a country not being a member state [the Ordinance], hereby presents the dates of publication of periodic reports of Ciech SA and Ciech Chemical Group in 2012.
In accordance with § 102 (1) of the Ordinance, the consolidated quarterly report extended by an individual statement for Q4 of 2011 will not be published. The individual annual report for 2011 and the consolidated annual report for 2011 will be published on March 20th, 2012.
In accordance with § 101 (2) of the Ordinance, the consolidated quarterly report extended by an individual statement for Q2 of 2011 will not be published. The consolidated report for the 1st half of 2012 extended by semi-annual abbreviated individual report will be published on August 31st, 2012.
Consolidated quarterly reports extended by abbreviated individual statements will be published as follows:
Q 1 2012 – May 15th, 2012
Q3 2012 – November 14th, 2012
