Management Board of Ciech SA (‘Issuer’) hereby informs, that on April 16th, 2012 it has received a notification made under Article 160 section 1 of Act of July 29th, 2005 on Trading the Financial Instruments, because of to Ciech SA’ shares acquisition by an obliged person.
According to §3 section 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 15th, 2005 on the submission and sharing of the information concerning certain transactions in financial instruments and principles of preparing and maintaining a list of people having access to certain confidential information, Issuer hereby provides the following information received from the obliged person:
A legal bond between a person obligated to provide information: acting as a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
Description of transaction: Purchase of 40 000 shares of Ciech SA, at the average price of PLN 16.65 made April 12th, 2012 in transactions on a regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
