Management Board of Ciech SA announces that the Supervisory Board Ciech - following the competition proceedings – recommends to Ciech SA Extraordinary General Meeting Mr. Dariusz Krawczyk candidacy for the position of Chairman of the Ciech SA Management Board and Mr. Andrzeja Kopeć candidacy for the position of the member of the Ciech SA Management Board, who is responsible for company finances area. Furthermore, the Ciech SA Supervisory Board decided not to recommend a candidate for the position of the member of the Ciech SA Management Board, who would be responsible for the area of restructuring and to recommend entrusting the above terms of references to the candidate recommended by the Supervisory Board for the position of Chairman of the Ciech SA Management Board.
