The Management Board of Ciech SA [Issuer] reports that on May 28th, 2012 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Ciech SA appointed to the Management Board of Ciech SA: Mr Dariusz Krawczyk as President of the Management Board, and Mr Andrzej Kopeć as Member of the Management Board.
At the same time, the Issuer reports that today Mr Dariusz Krawczyk resigned from the post of Member of the Supervisory Board of Ciech SA due to his appointment as President of the Management Board of Ciech SA.
The Issuer attaches information referred to in § 28 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and the Conditions of Recognising as Equivalent Information Required by the Law Provisions of a Country which is not a Member State. This information is available also on the website www.ciech.com.
