The Management Board of Ciech SA, with reference to current report no. 51/2011 of July 15th, 2011, reports on withdrawing on May 30th, 2012 from the Conditional Agreement for the Sale of Shares in POLFA Sp. z o.o. concluded with Invest Pharma Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw on July 15th, 2011. The withdrawal by Ciech SA was caused by the failure to fulfil the condition of securing funds for the payment of the Sale Price by Invest Pharma and the failure to prove that such amount was secured.
