The Management Board of Ciech SA informs that on January 19th, 2012 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Ciech SA dismissed the following persons as members of the Supervisory Board of Ciech SA:

• Jacek Goszczyński,
• Krzysztof Salwach.

Furthermore, the Management Board of Ciech SA informs that on January 19th, 2012 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Ciech SA appointed the following persons as members of the Supervisory Board of Ciech SA:

• Dariusz Krawczyk,
• Mariusz Obszyński.
