The Management Board of Ciech SA ("Issuer"), acting pursuant to Article 70 item 1 the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies, reports that it has received a notification from Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA ("PPIM") about a decrease of the overall involvement to the level of 4.94% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer in respect of instruments included in the portfolio of all clients of PPIM. Moreover, the Issuer received notifications from PPIM on behalf of investment funds whose portfolios PPIM manages within the provision of the service of managing the investment portfolio of a fund. The Issuer attaches the full content of the notification.
