The Management Board of Ciech SA [Issuer], with reference to current report no. 38/2012 of October 2nd, 2012, reports that on October 31st the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered an increase of the share capital of the Issuer's subsidiary Zakłady Chemiczne Zachem SA [Zachem] by PLN 230,000 thousand. All the shares within the new issue in the increased share capital of Zachem were acquired by the Issuer. The Issuer undertook to increase the share capital of Zachem in the Annexe to the Agreement for the Sale of Zachem Shares of March 29th, 2006 [Privatisation Agreement], reported on in current report no. 45/2012 of October 30th, 2012.
