The Management Board of Ciech SA (Issuer) reports that on October 31st, 2012 the Supervisory Board of Ciech SA adopted a resolution on appointing the company KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Chłodna 57, entered into the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under no. 458, as a certified auditor to audit the interim consolidated financial statements of the Ciech Group for the period from January 1st, 2012 to September 30th, 2012 that also include data for the period from January 1st, 2011 to September 30th, 2011. KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. audited the financial statements of Ciech SA and the Capital Group Ciech SA for 2011. Earlier cooperation between the Issuer and KPMG Audyt Sp. o.o. took place in 2008. The scope of services included counselling for the consolidation and accounting for business transactions in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.
