The Management Board of Ciech SA [Issuer], acting pursuant to Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies, reports on granting to Ciech SA by a rating agency: i. Standard&Poor's Rating Services of rating B with stable outlook; and ii. Moody's Investors Service of rating B2 with stable outlook. At the same time the Issuer reports on assigning an issue rating to the secured bearer bonds denominated in the euro and governed by the law of the state of New York with the maturity date in 2019, as referred to in current report no. 51/2012, by a rating agency: i. Standard&Poor's Rating Services – rating B, in accordance with the rating granted to the Issuer; and ii. Moody's Investors Service – rating B2, in accordance with the rating granted to the Issuer.
