The Management Board of Ciech SA [Issuer] reports that on December 6th it received information that the amendment to the Statute of Ciech SA adopted by Resolution no. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Ciech SA of August 29th, 2012, on which the Issuer reported in current report no. 32/2012 of August 29th, 2012, had been entered to the Register of Companies of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
The Issuer attaches the consolidated text of the Statute of Ciech SA taking into consideration the amendments registered.
