The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”) reports that on the basis of applications submitted by the Company, the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has assigned to the Company 2 (two) new accounts in the Electronic System of Information Provision (the “ESIP system”), and hence 2 (two) new operators of the ESIP system have been appointed: Ms Beata Gawenda and Mr Mariusz Kośmiński.
Ms Agnieszka Świerczewska and Mr Mariusz Babula will also continue working as operators of the ESIP system.
Legal basis: § 3 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 13th, 2006 on the means and technical conditions for the provision of certain information by entities supervised by the Securities And Stock Exchanges Authority, and § 11 section 1 in conjunction with § 10 section 2 and § 16 section 5 of the Rules and regulations of using the Electronic System of Information Provision (ESIP).
