The Management Board of Ciech S.A., acting pursuant to § 6, section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and the Conditions of Recognising as Equivalent Information Required by the Law Provisions of a Country which is not a Member State, reports a mistake in the current report no. 23/2013 of June 4th, 2013 regarding the selection of an entity authorised to audit financial statements. The report reads “Until now, the Company has not used the services of KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. sp. k., (…)”.
The report should read: “The Company has not used the services of KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. sp. k. in terms of reviews and audits of financial statements, but has used its services in terms of verifying the correctness of calculating financial indexes and their compliance with the levels specified in loan agreements of April 26th, 2010 and February 11th, 2011 (…)”.
