Report : 

The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”) reports that on the basis of application submitted by the Company, the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has assigned to the Company new account in the Electronic System of Information Provision (the “ESIP system”), and hence new operator of the ESIP system have been appointed in the person of Mr Radosław Radowski. 
In addition, Company announces that:

• Ms Agnieszka Świerczewska and Mr Mariusz Babula ceased to perform function of ESIP system operators;
• Ms Beata Gawenda and Mr Mariusz Kośmiński will continued to perform function of ESIP system operators.

Legal basis: § 3.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 13th, 2006 on the means and technical conditions for the provision of certain information by entities supervised by the Securities And Stock Exchanges Authority, and § 11.1 in conjunction with § 10.2 and § 16.5 of the Rules and regulations of using the Electronic System of Information Provision (ESIP).
