The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (“Issuer”, “Company”) informs hereby that today the rating agency Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (“S&P”) has informed on publication of the report in which it maintains its rating B with a stable outlook granted to order of the Company.
The Issuer informed on the granted rating in the current report No 52/2012 of 16th November 2012.
The Issuer encloses the S&P report herewith.
Legal grounds: §5 subpar.1 item 26 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations ad equivalent.
