The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (“the Issuer”, “the Company”) hereby informs you that on 13 May 2014, the rating agency of Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services notified of the publication of a report in which it sustained its rating B, with a stable outlook, granted at the order of the Company.
The Issuer notified about the granting of the rating in its current report no. 52/2012 of 16 November 2012. The Issuer notified the fact of sustaining the rating in its current report no. 27/2013 of 27 June 2013.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 26 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
