The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (“the Issuer”) hereby notifies that the Ordinary (Annual) General Assembly of the Issuer (“the General Assembly”), commenced on 24 April 2014, resumed its session on 15 May 2014. Upon the resuming of the session, the General Assembly ordered another break in the session of the General Assembly. The resuming of the session of the General Assembly shall take place on 23 May 2014 at 12.00 noon, at the registered office of the Issuer, at 182 Puławska Street, 02-670 Warsaw.
As an attachment hereto, the Issuer submits the text of the resolution adopted by the General Assembly on 15 May 2014.
The Issuer notified of the first break in the session of the General Assembly by means of the current report No. 9/2014 of 24 April 2014.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 6) and point 7) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
