The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (the Issuer), acting pursuant to Art. 70 point 3) of the Act on Public Offering and Terms and Conditions of Trade of Financial Instruments in the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, hereby publicly announces a list of shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary (Annual) Shareholders' Meeting of Ciech S.A. ("the Shareholders' Meeting"), commenced on 24 April 2014, continued on 15 May 2014 and ended on 23 May 2014, with a specification of the number of votes held by each of them in connection with their shareholding and with an indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at such Shareholders' Meeting and in a total number of votes.

The State Treasury represented by the Minister of the State Treasury – 19,972,900 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting – 64.65%, a share in the total number of votes – 37.90%
ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 4,500,000 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting – 14.57%, a share in the total number of votes – 8.54%;
Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" – 4,200,000 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting – 13.60%, a share in the total number of votes – 7.97%.

The interruptions of the session of the Shareholders' Meeting was announced by the Issuer by means of current reports no. 9/2014 of 24 April and no. 14/2014 of 15 May 2014.
The share capital of the Issuer amounts to PLN 263,500,965.00 (say: two hundred sixty-three million five hundred thousand nine hundred and sixty-five zloty) – and is divided into: 52,699,909 (fifty-two million six hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and nine) shares with a face value of 5 (five) zloty each. All shares are ordinary, bearer's shares.
