The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (hereinafter: “the Issuer” or “the Company”) announces that on 26 May 2014 it received Resolution No. 122/2014 of the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. regarding the suspension of Catalyst trade in the alternative system in series 01 bearer’s debentures belonging to Ciech S.A. (hereinafter: “the Resolution”). According to the Resolution, upon consideration of an application of the Issuer of 19 May 2014 for suspension of trade in ASO (Catalyst) in the Issuer’s Debentures in connection with the Issuer’s intention of premature redemption thereof - acting pursuant to § 13 section 1 point 1 of the Rules of the Alternative Trade System, the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. has decided to suspend the trade in the Debentures in the Catalyst alternative system starting on 28 May 2014.
The Debentures were issued by the Issuer on 5 December 2012.
The Issuer announced the setting of the first date of listings in the Catalyst alternative system of trade in the Issuer’s Debentures by means of current report no. 1/2013 of 2 January 2013.
The Issuer announced premature redemption of the Debentures by means of current report no. 11/2014 of 6 May 2014.
