Acting pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 22) i § 28 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (“the Regulation”) and with reference to current report no. 19/2014 of 23 May 2014, the Management Board of CIECH S.A. (“the Issuer”) hereby announces that on 2 June 2014, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer elected Ms Ewa Sibrecht-Ośka as the Chairman, Mr Zygmunt Kwiatkowski as Vice Chairman and Mr Mariusz Obszyński as Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
Information concerning education, qualifications and previously-held positions, including a description of the professional careers of the aforementioned persons were made publicly announced by means of current report no. 19/2014 of 23 May 2014.
