The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") announces that a collective dispute has been initiated by one of the trade unions operating in the Zakłady Chemiczne Organika-Sarzyna S.A. company, with a registered office in Nowa Sarzyna (hereinafter: "the Subsidiary"). The initiation of the collective dispute took place as a result of a failure to accept the demands submitted by the said trade union within the set time limit (i.e. by 13th June 2014). The demands of the trade union concern a pay rise for employees of the Subsidiary. Taking into account the protection of the interests of the Subsidiary, the Management Board of the Subsidiary will take measures according to the provisions of the Act of 23 May 1991 on Settlement of Collective Disputes.
