CIECH S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Issuer" or the "Company") hereby informs that on 4th July 2014, the Issuer received information from ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Fund"), represented by ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., that the Fund intends to propose, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled for 7th July 2014, the candidacy of Mr Piotr Augustyniak for an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The Issuer has attached the aforementioned application to the present report.
