The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (hereinafter: "The Company") announces that on 7 July 2014 Mr Andrzej Kopeć – a member of the Management Board of CIECH S.A. submitted his resignation from the function on the Management Board of the Company, effective as of 7 July 2014. Mr Andrzej Kopeć did not provide the reasons for his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 21 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (uniform text, (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
