Acting pursuant to Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act On Public Offering, Conditions Governing The Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539 of 2005, as amended) and pursuant to § 38 section 1 point 11) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 of 2009, as amended) – the Management Board of CIECH S.A. (“the Issuer”) hereby informs you that the Supervisory Board of the Issuer - referring to the motion of the Management Board of the Issuer, expressed in resolution No. 68/2014 of the Management Board of the Issuer of 20 March 2014 regarding a proposal for distribution of the net profit of the Issuer for financial year 2013, held a vote on 27 March 2014 regarding the proposal of allocation of 100% of the obtained profit for the supplementary capital of the Issuer. The resolution was not adopted, because the required majority of votes was not cast.
The Issuer notified of the adoption of resolution No. 68/2014 regarding a proposal of distribution of the net profit of the Issuer for financial year 2013 by means of current report No. 4/2014 of 21 March 2014.
