The Management Board of CIECH S.A. ("The Issuer"), acting pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic reports submitted by issuers of securities, as well as conditions of treating as equivalent of the information required by the provisions of the state which is not a Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended), announces that on 9 October 2014 Mr Maciej Tybura – member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer submitted his resignation from the function in the Supervisory Board of the Issuer as of 10 October 2014. Mr Maciej Tybura did not specify the reasons of his resignation.
