Report : 

The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer"), acting pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic reports submitted by issuers of securities, as well as conditions of treating as equivalent of the information required by the provisions of the state which is not a Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended), announces that on 9 October 2014, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer appointed, as of 13 October 2014, Mr Maciej Tybura as Member of the Management Board of the Issuer.

Mr Maciej Tybura has the following education and qualification: 

The University of Economy in Poznań, the Faculty of Business Administration, specialization – Finance, Corporate Accountancy (1995), 
MBA post-graduate studies – the University of Economy in Wrocław (2000), 
Post-graduate studies – Management through costs – Wrocław School of Economics (2001).

So far, Maciej Tybura has held the following positions:

• 2008 – still the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PHP Mercus Sp  z o.o.,

Mr Maciej Tybura  has been a member of supervisory boards of the following companies:

• Pol – Miedź Trans SP. z o.o. – Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
• Walcownia Metali Nieżelaznych Sp. z o.o. w Gliwicach- Chairman of the Supervisory Board
• PIGO S.A - MCC&Fagor Electrodomesticos Group  - Chairman of the Supervisory Board. 

Mr Maciej Tybura does not conduct any competitive activity to the activity of the Issuer, he is not a partner in any competitive civil-law company or a partnership, or a member of the authorities of any the competitive capital companies or a member of the authorities of any other competitive corporate person. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act on National Court Register.
