Report :
The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer"), with reference to current report no. 74/2014 of 22 December 2014 ("Current Report"), regarding the conclusion by CIECH Vitrosilicon S.A., with a registered office in Iłowa ("the Subsidiary") with SOLVAY ADVANCED SILICAS POLAND Sp. z o.o., with a registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski ("Solvay") of an agreement for delivery of sodium silicate ("the Agreement"), announces that on 19 June 2015, the Management Board of the Subsidiary gained knowledge of the obtainment by Solvay of the required administrative decision which the Issuer referred to in the Current Report. Thus, the condition precedent of the Agreement has been fulfilled.
