The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") announces that on 29 June 2015, the Supervisory Board of the Company, at the request of the Management Board of the Company, contained in the document entitled "Impact of the payment of dividend on the financial situation of the CIECH Group" – adopted a resolution where it recommended the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company to allocate the whole of the profit of the Company for 2014, to the value of PLN 92,128,904.38. (ninety-two million one hundred twenty-eight thousand nine hundred four and 38/100) to the supplementary capital of the Company.
The Issuer announced the adoption by the Management Board of the Issuer of a resolution regarding the proposal of distribution of the net profit of the Issuer for the financial year 2014 by means of current report no. 8/2015 of 23 March 2015 and on adoption by the Supervisory Board of the Company of a resolution regarding the evaluation of the motion of the Management Board of CIECH S.A. regarding the distribution of the net profit of CIECH SA. for financial year 2014 by means of report no. 12/2015 of 26 May 2015.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 11) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
