Report : 

The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer"), acting pursuant to § 5 section 1 points  21) and 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33 item 259, as amended), hereby announces that on 22 July 2015, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer dismissed Mr Dariusz Krawczyk from the function of the President of the Management Board.  The Supervisory Board did not provide the reason for the dismissal.

At the same time, as of 22 July 2015, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr Maciej Tybura the President of the Management Board. So far Mr Maciej Tybura served the function of a Member of the Management Board of the Issuer.

Mr Maciej Tybura has the following education and qualifications:

• Poznań University of Economics, Faculty of Business Administration, specialization - Finance, Corporate Accountancy (1995),
• MBA post-graduate studies - Wrocław University of Economics (2000),
• Post-graduate studies - Management Through Costs - University of Business in Wrocław (2001).

Mr Maciej Tybura has held the following positions:

• 2014 - still a Member of the Management Board of Ciech S.A.
• 2014 - still a Member of the Supervisory Board of Tauron Polska Energia S.A.
• 2008 - still the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PHP Mercus Sp z o.o.
• 2012 - 2014 Member of the Supervisory Board of PCC Exol S.A.
• 2012 - 2014 Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM TFI S.A.
• 2012 - 2014 Advisor of the President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
• 2008 - 2012 KGHM Polska Miedż S.A. - Vice President of the Management Board
• 2005 - 2008 Wintech Production Group Sp. z o.o., Vice President of the Management Board
• 2002 - 2005 KGHM METALE S.A., Finance and Investment Director - Commercial Representative

Mr Maciej Tybura has been a member of supervisory boards of the following companies:

• KGHM International Ltd, Telefonia Dialog S.A. - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
• KGHM Metraco S.A. - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
• Pol - Miedź Trans SP. z o.o. - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
• Walcownia Metali Nieżelaznych Sp. z o.o. w Gliwicach- Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PIGO S.A
•  MCC&Fagor Electrodomesticos Group - Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mr Maciej Tybura is not conducting an activity which is competitive to the activity of the Issuer, he is not a partner in a competitive civil-law company or a partnership, and he is not a member of the authorities of a competitive capital company or a member of the authorities of any other legal person. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.
