The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") hereby announces a change of the date of public announcement of the consolidated report for the first half of 2015, supplemented by a six-months' abbreviated unit financial statement which, according to the information contained in current report no. 2/2015 of 12 January 2015, were to be publicly announced on 31 August 2015.
The new date of publication of the consolidated report for the first half of 2015, supplemented by a six-months' abbreviated unit financial statement was set on 24 August 2015.
Legal basis: § 103 section 2 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
