The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Company") announces that the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting appointed, on 26 August 2015, Mr Sebastian Kulczyk as a new member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
CV of Mr Sebastian Kulczyk
A graduate from the Chair of Business Administration and Marketing at the Faculty of Law of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also studied at the London School of Economics. Since 2010 connected with the Kulczyk Investments Group, in December 2013 taking the position of the President of the Management Board (Chief Executive Officer) of Kulczyk Investments. In 2009–2010, he worked in the Lazard investment bank in London. He has experience in managing companies operating in the electronic business sector. He also worked in the department of digital media in SonyBMG in New York. For many years, he has been investing into and developing ventures in the new-tech area.
According to the submitted statement, Mr Sebastian Kulczyk does not conduct any activity which is competitive to CIECH S.A., he does not participate in any company which is competitive to CIECH S.A. as a partner of a general partnership, a partnership and as a member of authorities of a capital company, or as a member of authorities in any other competitive legal entity. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.

§ 5 section 1 point 22 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
