The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Company") hereby presents a list of shareholders who, during the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 26 August 2015, held at least 5% of votes, with the specification of the number of votes vested in each of them in connection with their shareholding, as well as an indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at such Shareholders' Meeting and in a total number of votes.
KI Chemistry S.À.R.L – 26,952,052 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting – 78.76%, a share in a total number of votes – 51.14%.
Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Open Pension Fund] (previous name: ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Open Pension Fund]) – 5,000,000 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting – 14.61%, a share in a total number of votes – 9.49%.
