Subject: Dates of submission of periodical reports in 2016 

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

Text of the report: 

CIECH S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") hereby announces the dates of submission of periodical reports in 2016.

Quarterly reports:

• a consolidated report for the first quarter of 2016, extended by the abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 16 May 2016;
• a consolidated report for the third quarter of 2016, extended by the abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 14 November 2016;

Semi-annual report:

• a consolidated report for the first semi-annual period of 2016, extended by the semi-annual abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 31 August 2016; 

Annual reports: 

• unit annual report for 2015 – on 21 March 2016
• consolidated annual report for 2015 – on 21 March 2016

Legal basis: § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) (hereinafter: "the Regulation").

Moreover, the Issuer announces that:

• the extended consolidated semi-annual report shall be extended by the elements referred to in § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, and therefore, according to that provision, no separate semi-annual report shall be published,
• pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015 shall not be published,
• pursuant to § 102 section 1 of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly report, extended by the unit report for the fourth quarter of 2015, shall not be published.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that the consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly abbreviated consolidated financial statements and the quarterly financial information, as referred to in § 83 section 1 of the Regulation, and therefore, according to that provision, it will not publish separate unit quarterly reports.
