Text of the report: 

The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”), in supplementation of current reports of 30 October 2015, no. 38/2015, regarding the conclusion of loans agreement (“Loans Agreement”) and the granting of security by subsidiaries of the Issuer, as well as current report no. 42/2015 of 25 November 2015 regarding the disbursement of funds from the Loans Agreement, announces that on 26 February 2016, a guarantee was granted by the Issuer’s subsidiary, a company of Romanian law - CIECH Soda Romania S.A., with a registered office in Ramnicu Valcea, Romania, entered in the commercial register, entry number 1467188, for liabilities of the Company under the Loans Agreement of 29 October 2015, subject to the terms and conditions corresponding to the terms and conditions of the guarantees granted by other guarantors, indicated in the current report no. 38/2015 of 30 October 2015. 

Criterion for considering the Loans Agreement as significant agreements: a total maximum value of the loans exceeds 10% of the value of revenues on sale of the capital group of the Issuer for a period of the last four financial quarters. With regard to the guarantee agreement - the value of the Loans Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity capital of the Issuer.
