The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 7 March 2016 the Company learnt that resignation was submitted from the serving of the function of a member of the Supervisory Board by Mr Wojciech Stramski, as of 6 March 2016.

Mr Wojciech Stramski did not provide the reasons for his resignation.

Legal basis: § 5 section 1 points 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal  of Laws No. 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
