The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (“the Issuer” or “the Company”) announces that the Supervisory Board, upon review and evaluation of a motion of the Management Board of the Company, expressed in the resolution of 21 March 2016, regarding the allocation of the net profit generated by the Company in 2015, adopted, on 30.03.2016, a resolution on recommendation to the Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company of allocation of the whole net profit of the Company for 2015, to the value of PLN 331,578,548.92 (three hundred thirty-one million five hundred seventy-eight thousand five hundred forty-eight and 92/100), to the supplementary capital of the Company.
The Issuer announced the adoption by the Management Board of the Issuer of resolution regarding the proposal of distribution of the net profit of the Issuer for the financial year 2015 in current report no. 9/2016 of 23 March 2015.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 11) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
