The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (“the Issuer” or “the Company”) announces a change of the date of public announcement of a consolidated report for the first quarter of 2016, extended with the abbreviated unit statement, whose publication, according to the information contained in current report no. 2/2016 of 26 January 2016 was supposed to take place on 16 May 2016.
The new date of publication of the consolidated report for the first quarter of 2016, extended with an abbreviated unit statement, was set on 12 May 2016.
Legal basis: § 103 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
