With reference to current report no. 12/2016 of 3 May 2016, the Management Board of Ciech S.A., with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer” or “the Company”) announces that a subsidiary of the Issuer - CIECH Soda Romania S.A. in Romania (“CSR”) received information that today, the Provincial Court in Valcea, Romania, issued a judgement on institution of settlement proceedings of the S.C. CET Govora S.A. company in Romania (“CET”). The decision on an institution of settlement proceedings of CET was issued at the request of CET.
