Subject: Dates of submission of periodical reports in 2017

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

Contents of the report: 

CIECH S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") hereby announces the dates of submission of periodical reports in 2017.

Quarterly reports:

• a consolidated report for the first quarter of 2017, extended by the abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 16 May 2017;

• a consolidated report for the third quarter of 2017, extended by the abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 14 November 2017;

Semi-annual report:

• a consolidated report for the first semi-annual period of 2017, extended by the semi-annual abbreviated consolidated unit statement - on 30 August 2017; 

Annual reports: 

• unit annual report for 2016 – on 20 March 2017

• consolidated annual report for 2016 – on 20 March 2017

Legal basis: § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) (hereinafter: "the Regulation").

Moreover, the Issuer informs that:

• the consolidated quarterly reports will be extended to include the elements referred to in § 83 section 1 of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant to this law, no separate individual quarterly reports will be published;

• the consolidated semi-annual report will be extended to include the elements referred to in § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant to this law, no separate individual semi-annual report will be published;

• pursuant to § 83 section 7 of the Regulation, the annual management report on the activities of the issuer and the annual management report on the activities of the Group will be drawn up as a single document;

• pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, no quarterly report or consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2016 and for Q2 2017 will be published.
