The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") hereby announces a change of the date of public announcement of the consolidated report for the first half of 2017, supplemented by a six-months' abbreviated unit financial statement which, according to the information contained in current report no. 2/2017 of 26 January 2017, were to be publicly announced on 30 August 2017.

The new date of publication of the consolidated report for the first half of 2017, supplemented by a six-months' abbreviated unit financial statement was set on 24 August 2017.

Legal basis: § 103 section 2 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
