Report: 

The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") hereby announces a change of the date of public announcement of the consolidated report for the third quarter of 2017, extended with an abbreviated unit statement which, according to the information contained in current report no. 2/2017 of 26 January 2017, were to be publicly announced on 14 November 2017.

The new date of publication of the consolidated report for the third quarter of 2017, extended with an abbreviated unit statement was set on 13 November 2017.

Legal basis: § 103 section 2 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent.
