The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Issuer” or “Company”) informs that on 21 June 2018, the Issuer received from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Fund”), represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., information that the Fund intends to present, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 22 June 2018, its proposal of a candidate for an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr Piotr Augustyniak.

Attached to this report, the Issuer presents the aforementioned proposal and the candidate member’s Curriculum Vitae.
