The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 10 August 2018 Mr Artur Król – a Member of the Management Board of CIECH S.A., for personal reasons, submitted his resignation from the function of the Management Board of the Company, effective as of 31 August 2018.

Legal basis: § 5 pt. 4), of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
