The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Issuer" or "the Company") hereby announces a change of the date of public announcement of the consolidated report for the first semi-annual period of 2018, extended by the semi-annual abbreviated consolidated unit statement which, according to the information contained in current report no. 2/2018 of 22 January 2018, were to be publicly announced on 26 September 2018.

The new date of publication of the consolidated report for the first semi-annual period of 2018, extended by the semi-annual abbreviated consolidated unit statement was set on 5 September 2018.

Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
