The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) would like to advise that on 4 December 2018 the Company received a shareholding disclosure notice from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. The contents of the said notice, together with its translation, are provided by the Company as attachment to this report.
